What are the regulations about Israeli musicians taking part in the competition?

Where can we find the Israeli composers' music?

If I apply as "singer", I read in your Ts&Cs that I have to record in the 1st Round (Audio Recording) "Bach: 2 movements from Suite/Partita or Baroque piece". For a singer, could this be an aria by Bach, Haendel or Gluck?

If the repertoire I choose is about Lieder and vocal chamber music, can I have the chance to apply as "chamber music duo" together with my pianist, or in any case have I to apply as "singer"?

If I am entering as a soloist (cello) in the second/third rounds, do I have the option of playing the Nigun, or is that considered repertoire for a duo, in which case i should play one of the Bloch solo suites?

There are 3 pieces in the "Baal Shem Suite". As there are 3 pieces in ONE suite, would I have to prepare all 3 as "one piece" or can I perform ONE piece within the suite? I.e. would it be sufficient to perform "Nigun" as a choice piece?

How long should the recording submitted for the first round be? (A full romantic piece might be very long - please let me know what the requirements are.)

The choice for clarinet in your list of Israeli pieces is really poor. Why is Tzvi Avni's piece the only one?

A song can be sung in any key, does not have to be sung in the original key?
